A quality Preventative Maintenance program is paramount to the performance and life-span of your HVAC system.

Properly maintained equipment extends the life of your system, reduces energy costs, reduces repair bills, maintains interior air quality and quite simply provides for optimum comfort.

A quality Preventative Maintenance (PM) is like a physical for your mechanical system(s). Much like a doctor, our technicians look over your HVAC system, and through a series of check-ups and tests determine if everything is working as designed. If your technician finds any performance issues, it is documented and presented in a proposal format for your review. Most of the time these items are minor, such as worn out belts, and can often be repaired while your technician is on site.

Studies show 90% of equipment failures are traceable back to no or poor periodic maintenance. Proactive maintenance is a lot more than just changing air filters. Call us for a free commercial building or apartment quote for preventative maintenance. The goal of proactive maintenance is to identify issues long before equipment fails. This gives you the opportunity to budget for repairs, or to plan for equipment to be shut down at convenient times to create least amount of disruption.

We take great pride in using highly experienced technicians and detailed inspection checklists designed to:

  • Reduce down time
  • Reduce operating costs
  • Provide valuable timely information about necessary repairs
  • Provide cost effective HVAC solutions within your budget
  • Predictive Replacement

Please call Empire Air and let us show you how we can save you money through effective and thorough periodic maintenance.

What's Included

We are often asked what is included in a PM. The answer is, whatever you would like included. We can customize a PM to fit any need. Some of our customers want all but major repairs included in their PM. This would include filters, all wearable parts, annual services, etc. Other customers prefer a complete PM, but any additional items, such as a worn belt, be itemized as a proposal for additional work. The choice is of course yours.  We can help you decide which is best for you in terms of costs and reliability.
